Slip & Fall / Occupiers' Liability Claim

If you have suffered injury due to a Slip and Fall by way of dangerous or hazardous condition on someone else’s property, claim can be made for monetary compensation for pain and suffering, medical and rehabilitative expenses, income loss, housekeeping expenses, etc. Hazardous conditions can take the form of, for example, wet, slippery or uneven sidewalks or floors, poorly lit corridors, structural dangers, faulty elevators etc. The Occupiers Liability law requires that the individual owner or organization in possession of a premises owes a duty of care to those who come on the premises and must take reasonable care to protect them from harm.

We will advise you of both your rights of claim and legal course of action required to rectify and receive rightful compensation.

If one sustains an injury on municipal, crown or provincial property, be aware that limitations are severe and notice is required within days. Call us immediately.
